How to Order

How to Order Online

Use the navigation links to search for the product required. If there are options for that particular item, select by clicking the option box. In addition, if more than one is required, amend the quantity in the box provided.

To add the product to your basket click the "Add to Basket" button, it will then be transferred to your order.

The contents of your basket are always displayed in the top right hand corner of each page. Clicking on the "Basket" button on any page will return you to the main basket page where you may amend your order if necessary. Once your selection is complete, click the "Checkout" button to view your order and enter details where indicated prior to clicking the "Submit Order" button.
If it is more convenient you may give details of an alternative delivery address such as work or a neighbour. In all cases ensure the details are correct as this could delay the processing of your order.

Payment Options

Once the order has been submitted you will be taken through the payment process. If all details entered are correct, payment will be taken for the order once the "Submit" button is activated.
We use Secure Hosting Ltd to process your payment and they operate an industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption service, which means that your card details are kept confidential at all times while transiting the internet.
We accept most credit/debit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo. This system also operates a payment card and address verification procedure. The details you enter in the Customer Details on your order must match those that appear on the payment card statement. If any of these are incorrect, the payment will automatically be rejected.

Our Order Processing System

Our order processing system is quick, simple and efficient. Once your order has been submitted you will receive an automated email confirming your order and advising you of your unique Order Number. You must quote this number in all email correspondence regarding your order.
Your order is then processed and checked for stock availability, if there is any problem with your order you will be contacted by email at the earliest opportunity. Your goods will then be despatched in accordance with our delivery schedule and you will receive an automated email confirming despatch.
A receipt will accompany your order.
