Returns & Refunds

Our Returns Policy

Damaged or faulty goods will be replaced like-for-like providing we are notified in writing or by email within 3 days from date of delivery.
Other products may be returned at your own expense for a refund. Returned goods must be despatched with a proof of receipt, such as recorded Signed For post or courier. A handling charge of 15% will be deducted from the value of all returned goods. Delivery costs, where applicable, will not be refunded.

Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery and be in re-saleable condition, i.e. unused and unmarked. Items received in any other condition will not be refunded. Customers must first seek authorisation via email for the return of any goods and a Returns Form will be sent for your completion.

Should the return of goods result in the original order no longer qualifying for free delivery, a carriage charge of Ł4.75 + VAT will be levied against any refund.

Returned goods will not be accepted without a Returns Form.

Refunds

Refunds are made by crediting the payment card used in the original transaction. All refunds will be made within 28 days of the date we receive the returned goods.

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
