Terms & Conditions

Variation

No variation to these Terms and Conditions of trade are permitted.

Liability

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to determine the suitability of the goods purchased for any application.

No guarantee is given or implied as to the suitability of any goods purchased. In the event of a dispute, Karting Direct may only be liable for the value of the goods supplied in any event.

Any recommendations or advice given by Karting Direct or any of it's employees is given without liability.

Product Pictures

As manufacturers work on the principle of continuous improvement, some products may vary from their picture shown on this web site.

Delivery

Acceptance and processing of your order is subject to stock availability and absence of any circumstances beyond the control of Karting Direct which may delay or prevent it's safe delivery.

Karting Direct may use any delivery method available.

All orders despatched are insured against loss or damage in transit, all risks will pass to the purchaser on delivery.

Delivery Delays

Whilst Karting Direct makes every effort to ensure that goods are despatched as quickly and efficiently as possible, we will not accept liability for the delay in despatch, or the delay in delivery of your order.

Damages & Shortages

You must notify Karting Direct in writing or by email within three days of the delivery of you order of any damages or shortages, or no liability can be accepted.

Returns

Returns must be made within seven days from the date of delivery and be in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and unmarked. Goods returned incomplete or in a damaged/used condition will not be refunded.

Returned goods will not be accepted without a returns form.

All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate.
