Non Mainland UK Orders

Your Delivery

All orders to non mainland UK addresses are despatched using a service that provides a good balance between cost and speed of delivery. Delivery days are Monday - Friday excluding Bank Holidays between
8am - 5.30pm or in accordance with local services.
Sunday deliveries are not available.

VAT

UK VAT charges will depend on the country of destination for the order.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is based on the packed weight of the goods and the size of the parcel, heavy and/or bulky items will be more costly. As carriers use the weight and size of a parcel it is impossible to integrate a system that will automatically calculate an accurate delivery charge for every consignment.

The system we use is:

When your order is placed, a standard delivery charge of Ł8.50 + VAT is applied. If your order incurs an additional delivery charge, you will be notified by email of the cost and, if applicable, an expected delivery date.
